The Design Process
Discovery Call
Every project begins with a free phone consultation, where we discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have about working together.
Design Consultation
We'll talk through your needs and your dreams for the space and I'll gather measurements and photos for reference, bounce around ideas, talk through the process and budget, and get a good sense of the design work to follow.
Design Development
This stage of the project will happen in phases, with regular check-ins. Depending on the needs and level of service of the project, this can involve any combination of the following: mood boards, floor plans, finishes selection, budget creation and review, and referrals to other professional vendors like tradespeople, architects, and structural engineers.
Implementation
Once the designs are approved we'll begin acquiring the furnishings and design elements and line up any repairs, updates, or renovations that were in the plans. I am available throughout the process to help interview tradespeople, order and track renovation materials, and provide advice during the home reno stage. FULL SERVICE ONLY
Finishing Touches
Installation of the full design! Now it's time to pull the total look together with just the right 'joujhing' and complete the project with an exciting reveal! I often take photos to document the design and share them with future clients. FULL SERVICE ONLY
